TPWM Projects Update - 2013/14

New Art West Midlands Launch 2013. Photo copyright Birmingham Museums TrustTurning Point WM is heading for another busy year and to keep you up to date here is an outline of TPWM Projects Year 2.
(All opportunities and calls for submission will be posted on the TPWM website).
New Art West Midlands launch - Birmingham Museum & Art GalleryThe annual exhibition and vital new platform for graduate artists from the universities in the West Midlands will take place again in 2014.
Working with our partners a multi-strand programme of opportunities for Artist Development will again be offered. In addition TPWM will hold free monthly `Question and Answer' sessions for artists at the School of Art, BIAD so do come along.
TPWM will continue to work with Writing West Midlands.
Plans are currently under discussion for a series of brochures on artists.

TPWM Residencies up and running:
- Eastside Projects - with Spike Island - Artist Stuart Whipps and Temple Bar Gallery - Artist Joanne Masding.
- National Trust, Dudmaston Hall - Artist Elizabeth Rowe.
- Worcester University, Movement Gallery and Worcester Museum - Juneau Projects
- Library of Birmingham Artist Residency - Faye Claridge
- Friction Arts - Artists MSFAC - Margaret Street Free Arts Council

TPWM is part of the Contemporary Visual Arts Network and joins with other regions to feed in to the national debate.
